Chemically resistant, single-stage centrifugal pump in close-coupled design, with single-acting mechanical seal

The NHG series is the basic model for conveying aggressive fluids. In the NHG series, the motor power is transmitted directly to the pump impeller via a continuous shaft (close-coupled pump). A single-acting mechanical seal, lubricated and cooled by the process fluid, ensures that the pump is sealed. The mechanical seal is available with various elastomer and sliding surface materials.

The NHG series is a versatile all-rounder. The wide range of designs and materials allows optimum adaptation to a broad variety of fluids and operating conditions. Solids with a particle size of up to 3 mm and a concentration of up to 10 vol.% can be conveyed. The viscosity can be up to 150 mPa·s; the maximum fluid temperature is 95 °C. All sizes are also available in ATEX-certified versions.
