The NEOChem Base is a modern, chemically resistant thermoplastic magnetic drive pump for demanding industrial applications. It combines a seal-less magnetic drive with a high-strength outer protection/armor construction and ETFE carbon-fibre lining, providing the pump with high corrosion resistance and robustness even under demanding operating conditions. In addition, features such as a back-pull-out maintenance design and a forced-flow bearing cooling system ensure reduced maintenance cycles and high availability.

- Hermetically sealed & completely leak-free – seal-less magnetic drive (no mechanical seal), eliminating leakage risk and ensuring maximum operational reliability with expensive or environmentally hazardous fluids.
- Ideal for toxic, aggressive and high-purity fluids: the ETFE lining combined with a robust Armor outer shell protects against corrosion and contamination.
- Back-pull-out maintenance design – fast servicing and replacement of the hydraulic/magnetic drive assembly without dismantling the pipework ensure minimal downtime.

Features
- Hermetically sealed and completely leak-free, as the design principle does not require a shaft seal

Applications
Transfer of acids, lyes or other corrosive, harmful or toxic liquids in applications where leakage of even the smallest quantities is undesirable and a hermetically sealed pump is required.
Transfer of high-purity or sensitive liquids where contamination of the process fluid with foreign substances must be avoided.
